E. Spooner, Miss Claire Spooner and Miss Lean as guests,' are making an overland trip from Morris, Mor-ris, Minn., to Pamona, Cal., and return. Andert reports no mishaps and very little excitement of any kind on ' the trip so far, stating that the Mitchell is running perfectly, and roads are as good as could be expected considering the rains that have prevailed. The Mitchell is equipped with complete camping outfit, as seen in the picture, the party carrying everything with them in the way of supplies and other outing requisites, so that if they do not happen to reach a hotel at night or if the hotel doesn't happen to look good to theni they can pitch their camp in the open and enjoy all the comforts of home camping. Andert states that they are averaging about 300 miles a day, and that touring the country is a most delightful experience experi-ence especially in a Mitchell. |
