Show NOMINEES QUIT PARTY TICKETS " Special to The Tribune. OGDEN", Oct. 24. Nominees' for the position po-sition of county attorney upon the Democratic Demo-cratic and Republic tickets have resigned is and the committees of the two parties will name attorneys for the places. The i first resignation was "that of C. A. Boyd from the Democratic ticket and Joseph i B. Evans from the Republican ticket. i Mr. Boyd resigned with the announcement announce-ment that his practice would not permit the time to give the proper attention to the office and his matiy other duties as counsel for the Amalgamated Sugar company. com-pany. ' Mr. Evans resigned upon the receipt of a commission as lieutenant in the army and orders to report to the Judge advocate's advo-cate's department. E. T. Hulnniski, J. N. Kimball and J. A.
