OCR Text	Show PLAN CAMPAIGN TO SECURE LABOR J. G. Jones. labor recruiting agent, will arrive in the city tomorrow to take charge of the campaign to secure 500 laborers la-borers and skilled mechanics for the air nitrates plant at Muscles Rhoals. Ala., according ac-cording to P. J. Moran, federal director of employment. Five hundred ' laborers are also to be recruited here for the high explosive powder plant being constructed near Nashville, Tenn. These labor contingents will be in addition to the force needed for the Nitro. W. V., munitions plant, Mr. Moran declared.
