OCR Text	Show ALIEN DRAFTEE ORDERED RELEASED BUTTE, Mont.. Oct. 24. Holding that noiidedarant aliens cannot be legally drafted into tho American army, Federal Judge Bourquin today issued a writ ol habeas corpus .applied for by John Na-pora, Na-pora, a Russian citizen, and ordered his I release. Napora had been classed a delinquent de-linquent by the Minot, N. D-, draft board and inducted into military service under the rule providing for such a procedure. The court held that the rules directing nondeelarants shall be drafted if they do not claim exemption or as a penally for delinquency are "inconsistent with the draft law, and so are void."
