All hut two of the National team's plavers, Rollie Zcider and Dode Paskert, are affected by Secretary Baker's ruling: Manager Mitchell and Coach Knabe are outside the draft ue also. Five members of the Chicago Americans will not be affected by the ruling, if it holds to mean only those plavers who are in the draft age.
