Show DOWNEY AND M'COY FIGHT TO A DRAW .Special to Tlie Tribune. SAX DIEGO, Cal., Jan. 30. Jack Downey, Dow-ney, Utah scrapper, and Al McCoy, former for-mer middle-weight champion of the world, fought a slow four-round draw here tonight. to-night. Downey did his best to coax McCoy Mc-Coy into action, but Al apparently felt that he could live out the four rounds on his former reputation instead of his ability abil-ity to fight. Downey peppered Mr-Coy about with scores of well-directed but they(lacked the necessary steam u-inflict u-inflict damage. McCoy at times sent in 'j steaming wallops which made Jack i wince. These saved McCoy from receiv- I ing the small end of tlie purse. When the draw decision was announced the,, fans hissed and roared.
