For the information of persons and firms intendinff to build or to beg-in any other form of construction work. Secretary Secre-tary Arch M. Thurman of the state council coun-cil of defense yesterday issued a summary sum-mary of the new building regulations. Not only will thin summary prove of value to those Intending to build, but it will also be useful to building contractors and others oth-ers undertaking all forms of coribt ruction ruc-tion work.
