Show DECLARES GERMANS STILL ADDING TO WEST FRONT FORCE TXVPON, March fi. The German are still adding to the number of their divisions divis-ions on the western front. General F. H. Maurice, chief director of military operations opera-tions at the war office, declared in his weeklv talk with the Associated Press to-dav. to-dav.
