No person is allowed al-lowed to appear on tho streets or sidewalk side-walk or enter or remain in a ny public build ing or attend any funeral, without wearing a mask. All public gatherings, except open-air funerals, are prohibited; soda fountains, sofi drink or ice cream parlors, where the public is served, may not bo operated. Any person in charge of any house or premises wherein are persons believed to be a fleeted with influenza must report at once to the city physician or board of health. |
