Show Ruin to House Cleaning Recited in Divorce Suit Mfs. Ada B. Dyer Asserts a Series of Cruelties in Her Complaint. ORSON C. DYER Is being sued by Ada B. Dyer for a divorce, on the ground of cruelty. The plaintiff plain-tiff alleges that her husband disorganized dis-organized spring housecleaning at their home by throwing a bucket of paste on the walls and pouring another of paint over the floors. Incidentally, Mrs. Dyer mentions other alleged acts of cruelty, such as beating her, abusing her, twisting her thumb, shutting her out of the house to stand in her night clothes, and other discourtesies. discour-tesies. Seven matrimonial partnerships were dissolved yesterday by order of Judge P. C. Evans of the Third district court. Desertion and non-support were the principal allegations upon which the decrees de-crees were obtained. Diana Christensen was given a divorce from Paul L. Christensen; Josephine Davis Da-vis from Roy J. Davis; Curtis Allen from Myrtle Allen; Winifred Rieben from Albert Al-bert Rieben; Adella Biel from Mathias Biel; John G. Knox from Sadie H. Knox, and Clara W. Olsen from Arthur Fredrick Fred-rick Olsen. |
