Show REORGANIZATION OF COMPANY COMPLETE New Sugar Concern Will Have Many Prominent Financiers of Salt Lake and State as Participants. ! Announcement was made yesterday by 'Ernest K. The new company, which owns I a partially completed sugar factory at I Hamilton, Mont., together with acreage land contracts for beet growing, will be jthe Ravalli County Sugar company. Former For-mer Oovemor William Spry was the president of the Montana-Utah Sugar ' company and will also be one of the officials of-ficials of the reorganization. Associated in the company will be a number of the i most prominent financiers and sugar men of Malt 1-ake City and Utah. 1 Montana newspapers of the region in i which the factory is located are giving much space to the activities of the company, com-pany, which is to proceed at once with the completion of its factory in order to grind the beets which are grown next year. The Western News and the Ravalli County Record, both of Hamilton, in their last issues contain statements from Marcus Daly, famed for his stock farm in the Bitter Root valley, and W. S. Flsk and R. A. O'Hara, both of whom were connected with the Montana-Utah Sugar company, detailing the plans for the completion of the plant and giving it their support. Deeds for the transfer of the property were filed several days ago by Mr. Wool-ley Wool-ley at Hamilton. |
