The house was decorated In Christmas greens and red berries, with tall red Christmas candles interspersed. The marriage of Mrs. Olive Jolly and John Carr took place last night at 8 o'olock at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Ar-thur Dickinson, 1970 Twelfth East street. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Arthur Woods, Jr.. and was followed by a. wedding supper for relatives and close friends. Christmas decorations prevailed in the rooms and on the supper table. Mrs. Thomas Kcarns hae received a message saying that her son, Thomas Keams, Jr., stationed at Camp Kearny, who has been ill in the camp hospital, is now able to be out. His lather Is with him and will bring him home on sick leave as soon as he is sufficiently recovered re-covered to travel. A pretty home wedding of yesterday was that of Miss Ruth Lillian Martin of Rock Rapids, Iowa, and Franklin S. Tucker of Sunnyside, Utah. The ceremony cere-mony waB performed at the home of Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Slaughter In the Buckingham Bucking-ham apartments, at 1 o'clock in the afternoon, after-noon, by the Rev. p. A. Simpkin. The bride was attonded bv Miss Edna Naglo. Freeman Tucker, brother of the bridegroom, bride-groom, was best man. The bride was given away by Mrs. Slaughter.
