Show HEARING IN PAVING CASE IS CONTINUED Special to The Tribune. OGDEN. Sept. S. A hearing in the mandamus pioeeedings of George F. Cave and others against the Ogden City eom-nossioners eom-nossioners with respect to the proposed T enty-third street paving was held in Judge N. J. Harris's division of the district dis-trict court today, but arguments were continued until September 23. George F. Cave requested permission to withdraw from the order and It was permitted by the court. Several property owners are endeavoring to have the commissioners enjoined from proceeding with the paving of Twenty-third Twenty-third street between Wall and Washington Washing-ton avenues on the ground that owners of more ihan two-thirds of the property frontage have pro tested against the improvement, im-provement, which will cost approximated $24,000. |
