STATE STREET IS TO HAVE BRIGHT LIGHTS Complotion of liphting district No. 1 was reported to tlio city commission yesterday nionnnir by Sylvester Q. Cannon, city engineer. Accordingly, the commission authorized author-ized the mayor and city recorder to execute an agreement .between the city and the Utah Power & Light company com-pany for operation of the district. The district covers State street from South Temple to Fourth South and First, Second Sec-ond and Third South streets from West Temple to Second East street.
