The burglar made away with a .2-( .2-( -all her revolver, a wo ma n's sold wntch, fi loeket bearing the seal of tlie state of California and a child's savings hank. In return ho left a .32-ealiber Colt revolver re-volver near a hole In a rear fence and an Inch and one-half wood chisel of excellent ex-cellent make in an upstairs bedroom. It is believed that the robbery occurred oc-curred between ! and 10 o'clock anI that (lie man entered the. house by ap-piytni-; a "Jimmy" to a rear window. The noise of the family returning Is believed lo have frightened him away. He left the chisel and dropped the nun in flight. The robbery was investigated by Detectives De-tectives F. M. Glenn and V. S. Brown. |
