WnlUftr, on account of whose death the following resolutions were passed: "Whereas, The laniMited nath of M. , H. Walker on Saturday, July 9, lias taken from the directorate of tlie Charity Organization Society of Salt La ke City an invaluable uflicer and friend, an-, from the community a devoted de-voted father and husband and an esteemed es-teemed and public-sprited citizen; be it Resolved, That the Charity Organization Or-ganization Society of 'Salt Lake City,' by its board of directors hero assembled, and with deep regret for the loss of a friend and fellow worker, work-er, extend to the wife and family of , the late M. H. Walker its sincere sympathy in their bereavemenl. .Resolved further, That this resolution resolu-tion be imbedded in the minutes of the Charity Organization society and that a copy of the same bp sent to tile wife and family of the deceased. 1'one this 7th day of August by the board of directors of the Charity Organization Or-ganization Society of Salt Lake City, in meeting assembled.
