Show TIGKETCWfflOfiS Two Organizations to Agree on Candidates for Judges and Attorney. TO BE HELD AUGUST 17 Democrats and Progressives Will Get Togetheldn the Third Judicial District. Two conventions which are to unite on a "nonpartisan" ticket for ,jud"os and district attorney of the Third judicial ju-dicial district-will be held August 17 at the City and County building, Salt Lake City. This date has been decided upon by tbe .joint "nonpartisan" judiciary com- mittee of the Democrats and Progress- ives in this district, and comprising Stephen L. Richards, Ross M. Bonuy and Cnlbert L. Olson, representing the Democrats, Dem-ocrats, and Allen T. Sanford, A. T. Jloon and V. W. Barton, representing the Progressives. The Democrats will convene in Judge T. D. Lewis's courtroom at 2 o'clock on the day of the conventions, and the Progressives will meet across the hall in .Judge M. L. Ritchie's courtroom at the same hour. Couriers will fly back and fortli across the corridors, " facilitating facili-tating the naming of tickets that will coincide. The joint "nonpartisan" judiciary committee will issue the. official call for the. conventions within a dav or two. Erich party will arrange its' own primaries. pri-maries. The Democrats plan to elect the delegates to their judiciarv convention at the same time delegates are elected to the Democratic state convention. The Democrats and the Progressives t:..i; -if putting one of the Republican nominees on their ticket anil Judge T. D. Lewi:- is talked of for the honor, 'w Harold M. Stephens, a well-known Democrat, president of the Young Men's Democratic club and secretary of the state committee, has come out as a candidate for judge on the non-partisan ticket. W. IT. Wilkins, another Democratic lawyer, is also understood to be a can-delate can-delate for judgeship nomination on this ticket. Main-' others, both Democrats and Progressives, are being talked about as possible candidates on the "nonpar-fV- tisan" ticket. Kot all of them would be willing to accept nominations, but their friends are discussing them ' in that connection, just the same. List of Candidates. Among them are William H.
