Griffin of the Pacifiic coast will meet Ichiya Kumagae of Japan -in the finals for the New York state tennis championship cham-pionship tomorrow on the Yahnundasis Golf club courts here. The Japanese player came through the fourth round and semi-finals today with no great apparent ap-parent effort.
