Show Hand Chorus Scores in Concert at Lehi The concert which was given in Lehi last Monday night bv the members of the i John T. Hand Opera chorus, who went to lehl in automobiles to sin? for the 1 people of the cltv, was r success. The house was filled to overflowing with enthusiastic en-thusiastic listeners, and the programme, which was heavy and classic, was given In a manner which called Tortli round ; after round of applause. Those singera i who were the favorites of the audience in applause and appreciation and were forced to respond to recalls and encores were Edna Anderson, sopmno, who sung the Caro Nome aria from "Rigoletto;" Liliti Davis, soprano, who sang "Ernani, i Ely With Me." from "Ernani;" John Rus-; Rus-; son. baritone, who gave "Hearf Bowed Down," from the "Hohemian Girl;" Dr. j YV. S. 1 loldaway, bass, who sang the I "Armorer's Song," from "Robin Hood." ; Edna Anderson, who is spending her vacation va-cation with her mother in Ephrnim, came up to Lehi to appear with the chorus and was a favorite from the start with the audience. |
