Show Denkers Sues for $50,000. OGDEN, Sept. 10. Herman B. Denkers Den-kers has started suit In the district court in an effort to recover 850,000 damages from the Southern Pacific company for permanent Injuries alleged to have been received when he was struck hf a passenger pas-senger train a: the Seventeenth street crossing February 17, 1915. Thomas Lindsay, locomotive engineer, and T. F. Rowla nds. division superintendent, are made co-defendants. The plaintiff alleges al-leges that his automobile had been stalled bv a high rail when the train struck him. |
