Show DETECTIVE ON STAND IN MINE STRIKE CASE DENVER. Colo.. S"pt. 7. A. C. Felts of the Baldwin-Felts Detective agency, lommander of the detective forces of the Colorado coal operators In t he Strike of 1B13-1&U. testified before the military court of inquiry today. The substance of his testimony wan not made public. It previously had been announce!, however, that the day's sessions in the investigation investiga-tion of charges against national guard officers of-ficers would be devoted largely to happenings hap-penings In the strike. F. E. Gove, chief counsel for the Victor American Fuel company, was summoned for the afternoon session, but was excused ex-cused until tomorrow. The expected .loint testimony of Major George M. Lee and C. M. McCutcheon. who accused Lee of financial irregularities, was deferred on account of the protracted testimony of Lieutenant Thomas R. El kins. Elk Ins still was on the stand when adjournment was taken until evening, when he was to continue his testimony. |
