CZAR COMMANDS RUSSIAN TROOPS Sends Message to President Presi-dent Poincare of His Determination to Continue Con-tinue the War Until Victory Is Achieved by Entente Allies. A defeat of the Russians over a front of about twenty-five miles in the vicinity of Brody, eastern Galicia, is reported officially by the Vienna war office tonight. The Russians everywhere every-where evacuated the positions they held, according to the report, and are being pursued by the Austro-Hungarians.
