Officials of the Friends of Peace met here today and discussed plans f or . a nation-wide organization or-ganization ''for political and other action. ac-tion. ' The contemplated organization, which was described by its founders as "for political action, but not a political party," will have as its aim. according to officials, "freedom of the seas.
