MASS MEETING TO DISCUSS ART LAWS Members of Committee Fail to Agree on Features of Proposed. 1 Bill. i ! Unable to agree as to the provisions of the proposed amendment to the Utah Art Institute law at a meeting last night In the Commercial club of the members of the Commercial club art committee and a committee representing the various arts of the state, It was decided to call a mass meeting at which the question wiil be submitted sub-mitted for decision. The mass meeting will be held in 'the Commercial club next Tuesday night and the artists of the state and ell Interested are invited. It has been proposed to have the law amended in regard to the supervision of the institute so as to obtain the best possible pos-sible results. One plan is to place the supervision under the board of regents of the University of Utah and the other is to place It in the hands of a public committee composed chiefly of representatives repre-sentatives of the various arts.
