Mrs. Bartlctt, who conducts tho Ton-raino Ton-raino hotel at 42 East Third South street, will bo given a heariug March 2 and Mrs. Sprague, who conducts a house at 225 South West Templo, will havo an opportunity to appear March it. Following a pnblic hearing tho city commission yesterday denied a rooming houso liconso to C. C. Kasmussen, pro-prietor pro-prietor of the Palace rooming houso on South West Templo street. Polico officers of-ficers testified concerning numerous al-loged al-loged violations of the law nt tho house in question and no satisfactory dofenso was .submitted, in tho minds of the commissioners. |
