Show FARMERS' SOCIETY MEETS. Electa Officers and Orders Purchase of Large Quantity of Supplies, Special To The Tribune. rOOATEL-LO, Idaho, Feb. 17. The Farmers' Society of Equity adjourned yesterday evening after one of the most profitable meetings ever held and after transacting a great deal of Important business. The society went on record as favoring a newspaper for the orgau-izatlon, orgau-izatlon, which will be tho official farm paper in southeastern Idaho. Editor E. A. Strong of St. Anthony offered to publish pub-lish such a paper, either at St. Anthony or Pocatello, nnd the society indorsed the movement. Tho secretary was Instructed In-structed to buy ten cars of grain bags and several cars of woven wlro fence, barbed wire and nails. Ten cars of machinery ma-chinery most of which has been sold, is on the wny from the factories. The society also placed orders for two cars of lumber. j.iic in ivors ciceieu nro as louows; President.
