Boxrud company has been absorbed hy larger interests, which will continue the business under tho nauio of Ihe JMarshall-Pyko coin-pa coin-pa n y. The new concern will lart out with a capital of $250,000. and in the near future it will build a five-story, fireproof fire-proof building iu which to house i I self, when tho new structure shulj havo boon erected, two more wholesale houses will go into the building, which will bo located lo-cated on West Toinplo street, between First and Second south streets. Tho A. Jf. Uoxrud company has been in business iu Salt Lake for tho past sixteen years, and it is proposed thai; iu tho ctiauge now being made tho new firm will add lo the activities of the old one by putting iu a wholef-alo lino of dry goods and piece goods, two buyers buy-ers going east immediately after the first of tho year to select goods. Behind tho new concern aro some prominent local capitalists as well as l A. Pyke, who conies here from Dubois, Du-bois, Ida., and who has purchased a home hero with the intention of making Salt Lake his rasideueo. lames A. Marshall is president of the new company, com-pany, with V. A. Pyke, vice president and Win. Druehl, manager. These, with W. S.
