Marshall in the United States district court, for permanent paralysis which resulted re-sulted when he touched a live wire on the property of the Tcllurldc Power company war Ogden. The. boy was represented by his guardian, Henry K. Eklns. Fifty ihousaiid dollars' damages was asked for in the original suit. The accident occurred on October 1G, 1009. when the lad climbed what is known as tower .Xo. 0 aud touched an exposed live wire. There were no danger signs or other warnings about, and it waa on this account that the damages were granted. |
