Ono of the notable social cventK of the week was the charity ball Monday evening at the Auditorium, under the auspices of the A. C. Woman's club. Tho ball was the rlrst of its kind cor given in Logan. The club members are encouraged with the delightful success suc-cess of the affair. The auditorium was beautifully decorated for the occasion in red and green, carried out In Christmas suggestions. In the center of tho hall a large Christmas tree, artistically adorned In silver and gold and lighted with In-candescents, In-candescents, made an attractive center decoration. Around the hall, trees were placed ornamented with tinsel and lighted light-ed with streamers of lights In colors of red and green. The west end cf the hall was converted Into a reception room and here card tables were arranged for those who did not care to dance. Seldom are so many beautiful gowns worn In Logan as were seen Monday at the charity ball. From a social standpoint stand-point the evening will be remembered with much pleasure.
