The organization of the Utah board of control for the National Irrigation congress, con-gress, which is to convene in this city late this summer, was completed yesterday yester-day afternoon, following a conference between be-tween W. W. Armstrong, president of the Commercial club, and George A. Snow, representing the congress. A3 organized yesterday, Mr. Snow heads the board as chairman, with Fred .t Kiesel of Ogdcn as vice chairman. Joseph E. Cainc is secretary. The foregoing constitute the board of control, which will hold its first meeting at the Commercial club Monday noon, May 13.
