Show WORKING ORDINANCE FOR PARK DEPARTMENT Measure Designates Employees and Prescribes Salaries; Appointments Made. The city park department, which came near being left out in the cold so far as the new city ordinances were concerned, was equipped yesterday with a full working ordinance, which was passed by tho city commission for inclusion in the book of revised ordinances. The measure authorizes the employment employ-ment of a superintendent of parks, a custodian of the city side of the ,ioint administration building and other employees. em-ployees. Immediately after its passage pas-sage Georgo D. Keyser, commissioner of the department, announced tho following fol-lowing appointments, all hold-overs, Nicholas Byhower, superintendent of parks; James Castloman, custodian of parks; Dan Larson, florist; Dclphia Stewart, clerk; Stella Connor, clerk; James Madson, construction foreman; j It.
