Show HIGH SCHOOL CHEFS GIVE BUT OQEM Guard Mount and Exhibition Drill Features Gain Great Applause. The high school cadet battalion held its annual ball last night at tho Odeon. The largest, crowd that has attended a high school event this year was presont. The important affair of tho evening was the guard mount and the exhibition drill. The guard mount was under the supervision of Adjutant Krausc. and Lieutenant Frazec. The exhibition drill was under the supervision super-vision of Lieutenant Ilillam. The boys did splendidly and received much applause. ap-plause. The hall was decorated with American Ameri-can flags and the music was furnished by the high school band. The patrons of the dance were Governor Gov-ernor and Mrs. William Spry, General and Mrs. "E. A. Wedgwood, Mayor and Mrs. Samuel C. Park, President and Mrs. J. T. Hammond, Prosidont and Mrs. J. T. Kingsbury, Superintendent and Mrs. D. H. Christiansen, Colonel and Mrs. Rodney T. Badger, Major" and Mrs. W. G, Williams, Dr. and Mrs. G. B. Pfoutz, Principal and Mrs. G. A. Eaton, Miss Ella M. Dukes and David Da-vid A. Callahan. |
