Show TWENTY-FOUR INDICTMENTS. Bannock County Grand Jury Finds Numerous Nu-merous True Bills. Special to Tho Tribune. POCATELLO, Idaho, Sept. 21 The special grand Jury called by the district court to Investigate certain charges in Bannock county in closing its session last night had made twenty-seven indictments, as follows: Tony Faust, bootlegging; Robert Morgan, Mor-gan, assault with deadly weapon; Walter Wal-ter Martin, transporting liquor in dry territory ter-ritory for other than own use; Steve Mconlkuo. bootlegging; D. W. TJalrd, rape; Frank Carncau, .bootlegging; Ohrls Leakes. crime against nature; J. B. Kirk, 'bootlegging; Del Root, bootlegging; Ross Ferry nnd Wm. Christopher, bootlegglngr Bud Miller, burglary; Ota Tuka, robbery; J. S. Carter, larceny; William Hughes, receiving a bribe; C. C. Savorldas, bribery; brib-ery; Pearl Shelton, bootlegging; and C. O. Bcntlng. fraud, Tn some of. the bootlegging boot-legging casc3 tho indicted have as high as four counts against them. J. B. Kirk has plead guilty to bootlegging. boot-legging. .
