FISHER BUILDING CONTRACT IS LET i Structure on Fourth. South and State Streets to Be Remodeled Remod-eled at Cost of $16,000. The contract for remodeling the Fisher building on the northwest corner of State and Fourth South streets has been awarded to Frank Schuyler of this city, his bid of $9577 being the lowest figure out of seventeen. This figure doeB not include the plumbing plumb-ing and wiring, it being estimated that this work will cost approximately JliiOO. Work on reconstruction will begin at once, and It Is expected that it will be completed and ready In time for the N. E. A. convention in August. The two upper floors will De &$CL for hotel purposes.
