I QUARREL OF HEIRS CAUSES LITIGATION The hearing of the petition of Margaret Van Buron Reiser and Arnold G Glauque, executors of the estate of Henry Reiser, who died August 29, 1904, leaving an estate es-tate valued at approximately 546,000, that they bo relieved of their trust, was started start-ed before Judge F. C. Loofhourow In the Third district court yesterday afternoon. The action was participated by a quarrel quar-rel which arose among the several heirs to the estato on account of the Insistence of Jf. Alma Reiser that he b appointed lo third executor of the estate to succeed suc-ceed his half brother, Albert Reiser, who died last July and whose estato In now in the probate division of the Third district dis-trict court and against which a. claim has been filed by the Henry Reiser executors exe-cutors for M9.000.
