Bryant, who has been traveling passenger agent hero for the Xcw York Central lines for more than a year, left yesterday to accept a similar position Willi the Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Tnul. Ho resigned some time ago. his resignation resigna-tion to take effect July 1. but was unable to got away until yesterday. Mr. Bryant started into railroad work with the NTew York Central lines twenty-one twenty-one years ago as a clerk In Iho division freight agent's office at Indianapolis. He was later mad storekeeper for the Big Four Route, which position he occupied nlno years. Since then he has been constantly con-stantly with the iVew York Central lines, in either the freight or the passenger departments. "I have many friends hero and have enjoyed my work In Salt T.ake Cltv," said Mr. Bryant shortly before ho started east yesterday afternoon. "I am going back to Cleveland, however, where I had rny headquarters before coming here I have worked every foot of the terrltorv thai I shall have and know It well, although al-though I was then working for tho Nnw iprk Central.
