PRESIDENT TAFT GOES TO HIS SUMMER HOME By International News Service. WASIXGTON. July 3. Accompanied by Mrs. Taft and Major Rhoadcs, President Taft left Washington late this afternoon on tho Federal express for his summer home at Bcv'erly, Mass., The pnrty will arrive at Beverly early tomorrow morning morn-ing and will spend tho Fourth In settling the summer White House. After four days of rest and golf the president will return to the White Houho next Monday in time to participate In the big political conference scheduled for that day. He probably will go back to- Beverly the latter part of next week, but It la not expected that he will remain there fof any considerable length of time during tho summer, as he nhma to stay at the White House n much as possible and win go to Beverly only when the heat becomes be-comes oppressive
