Huneke aliegcu that because of his sister's sis-ter's perfidy he Is forced now" to depend upon charity for bod and bread, and that he Is too oiil to earn a living. The complaint recites that Huneke came into possession of an undivided interest in certain real estate at Santa Monica. Cnl., through a court decree given him In connection with a divorce from Frances Fran-ces Huneke in RiOi. Shortly afterward, It is alleged. Mrs. Dittmer came, to live with Huneke and In divers Inslnuous wavs nduced him to transfer the property "to her name, representing that he was too old to manage it. and promising to make him a comfortable homo and to render him kind and sisterly attention during tlio remainder of his life. No sooner was the transfer completed, says the complaint; than the defendant became a different person in her treatment treat-ment or tho plaintiff, abusing him at every hand nnd finally driving him from ins own home to wonder holplosslv without with-out money or friends. Two years after Mrs. - Dittmer came Into possession of the property she Is alleged to have sold il for $10,000 and to have moved from Santa Monica, to Salt Luke, where she is said to have Invested a part of the money and to have placed the remainder on d'-posit in Jocul banks. |
