The conspiracy charg'cd was in connection connec-tion with the closlnc down of the Philadelphia Phila-delphia refinery of the Pennsylvania Sugar Refining compunv in 1 1'OS. After a trial lasting sixteen days, held last winter, win-ter, the jury in tho case disagreed. It was on the motion today of United .States District Attorney "Wise that the Indictment Indict-ment was quashed.
