Hundreds of organized students of Glasgow University today went to the headquarters of the women's social and political union and completely complete-ly wrecked the offices. A lively battle ensued and finally thc polico drew their batons and charged. They arrested a student but his comrades com-rades fell on the police in an effort, to rescue him. Tho fight: was waged up and down the streets, but the best the police could do was to hold their prisoner and capture one of the rescuing rescu-ing part'. .Later two other students were taken into custody, but all were liberated on bail.
