Hlnton In Frona Hlnton's suit for divorce, filed In tho district court Thursday. They were married nt Oregon City. Ore.. July 12, 1905. Mrs. Hlnton says, and Hlnton began to mistreat her early. In January of 190S he drew a revolver and thrcatoncd to kill her and repented this "stunt" the latter part of tho same year. . Hlnton beat her a year ago until he had to flee' to tho neighbors for aid. she sayp. Four months ago he threw her from a chair and trampled her upon the floor, she says, and later ho came home at night, armed with a revolver, and, after charging her with taking articles-from articles-from Ills pockets, drove hor from the house. With tho divorce Mrs. Hlnton wants $75 attorney fees and 530 a month alimony. |
