Show CHANCE FOR ARCHITECTS WITH UNCLE SAM NOW WASHINGTON. Oct. 20. A massive aquarium for the fisheries bureau, a magnificent mag-nificent state dining room, and a comprehensive com-prehensive law library system, arc among the fcutures of a trio of great department buildings to cost an aggregate aggre-gate of 57,750.000, soon to be erected in Washington under three architectural competitions announced, today. The competitions are for the selection of architects of the buildings for the departments de-partments of state, justice and commerce and labor, costing respectively under the authorizations limiting the expenditures, $:.200.000. 51.900.000 and ?:i,650,000. The buildings will be erected just south of the treasury building.
