Special to The Tribune EPHRAIM, Feb. 10 The annual. -meeting of the stockholders of the Utah Central Cen-tral Mining company was held In the city hall yestordny afternoon, and the following board' of directors wore elected: John P. Dyreng. James Armstrong. John Armstrong. John P. Anderson. I'arloy P. Peterson. Sr.. Attorney Ephraim Hansen and A. C. Boscn. All the stockholders feel that tho work should continue, as the showing Is excellent; a 25-foot tunnel tun-nel has recently been completed and other oth-er contracts will soon be let. Tho directors direc-tors will moot later and select their president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer.
