MINORITY ALLEGES ITS CASE IS PROVEN NEW YORK, Feb. 10. Counsel, for tho minority stockholders in the Ohio & Indiana Independent Telephono companies, com-panies, control of which was recently sold to interests yet to be officially identified, said tonight in the hearing hold here that thoy were satisfied they had already proved tho control has passed to the American Telephone and Telegraph company. Tho hearings were adjourned until a week from today becnuso western lawyers law-yers insisted on next examining President Presi-dent Vail of the American Telephono and Tolograph company, who cannot appear until then.
