AMERICAN EXPRESS HAS PLEASANT NEW QUARTERS The American Express company has opened new offices on the ninth floor of the Ncwhouse building, and is Just moving mov-ing Into the three voonis that logelher Constitute one of the finest suites Jn the building. The old uptown offices of tho Pacific Express are still open, but will be closed the first of the coming month. Tho new offices in the Ncwhouse building are In charge of A. D. J. Schlinmel, assistant as-sistant superintendent; C. L. Chase, special spe-cial agent for the western division, and W. E. Becker, all newcomers to Salt Lake.
