WIFE GETS DECREE AND HUBBY MOST OF PROPERTY Judge Morse of the district court Thursday granted Mrs. Eliza IMnchln a divorce from Job Plnchln on Iho ground of non-support. The caso was on trial for two dayi; and there was )ulto a contention con-tention over tho properly rights. Mrs. Plnchln charged her husband with non-Ktipport non-Ktipport and her husband tiled a cross-coinplaint cross-coinplaint charging, her with cruelty and desertion. lie claimed that she refused to cook his meals for him and drove lilni out of tho house, compelling hiin to sleep and cook his meals In a tent on the promises. In tho decree the court awarded Mrs. Plnchin the homo in which sho now resides re-sides on South Stntc street and gave all the other property, valued at about $4200 to Plnchln. The couple separated several years nco and al thai time agreed to a division of the properly. Plnchln then deeded to his wife the home In which sho has been living ever since, nnd it Is this property t,hat the court awarded her In the decree Thursday.
