The menibors re-elected were John C. Cutler. AVIlllain 11. Smart. Thomas N. Tavlor. Lorenzo X. Stolil, Jesse N. Smith. Charles AV". Nibley and Thomas Smart. Mark Austin, John Henry Smith and An-thon An-thon II. Lund were also elected to till vacancies caused by the retirement of John Stringbam. D. L. IJvans and George Parkinson. The annual election of officers offi-cers of the company will be held next month. The annual report of the secretary showed that the company had written S2.2f7,SO0 new business in lflO!). and that application had been made to enter Colorado.
