Notice Is hereby given that on the Sth day of April, 1910, at Rupert, Idaho, beginning be-ginning at 10 a. m. of that day and continuing con-tinuing thereaftor from day to day (Sundays (Sun-days excepted) as long as may be necessary, neces-sary, we will offer for salo at public outcry out-cry to the highest bidder for cash at not loss than the appraised value thereof, all lots In blocks 1 to 7, Inclusive; 12 to 1G, Inclusive: 23. 29. 32. 10, 13, 50 to 51, Inclusive; In-clusive; 60. G3 to GG. Inclusive; 6S to 79. Inclusive, and S2 to 90. inclusive: and all lots In the cast half of blocks 11 and 18 and the south half of blocks 5fi to 59, inclusive, in-clusive, in tho townsite of Rupert Idaho, as delineated and designated on the plat of said townsite, approved December 7. 1905, and amended by auplcmentnl plat, approved September 2, 1909. The purchase price must be paid In rash to the receiver before the close of bis office on the day the bid Is accepted. C. II. Paul, engineer of the reclamation service, will superintend the sale of said lots. All parties arc warned under the penalty named in section 2373. I". S. Rev.
