Uonry Mulhausen, tho so'lf-slyled German Ger-man nobleman against whom there aro at least eight chargos of burglary, four of grand larceny and five of chicken stealing pending, appeared before Judge Lewis of tho criminal division of Iho district court Saturday, pleaded guilty to one charge of burglary and was sentenced to twenty years in the state prison, which is the maximum penalty. After his arrest by Deputy Sheriff Samuel Nowcll, Mulhausen confessed to tho various charges of burglary and larceny against him aud was willing to plead guilty and enter upon the service ser-vice of his sentence as soon as possible, henco he waived a trial and pleaded RU,lt" Solicitous About Wife.
