J. w. N. Whltc;ot.t6n of Provo and Abel J. Evnns of Lchl represented tho city, and D. D. Houtr, of Provo represented the defendant. Tho city submitted ns witnesses, wit-nesses, Joseph W. Brown, II. J. Hamilton Hamil-ton and John II. Glcdhlll.
